Dr. Gillian DeGennaro, DMD
Dr. Gillian DeGennaro’s passion for dentistry began in the 5th grade, growing up in a close-knit town just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. From a young age, she knew she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them feel confident, healthy, and cared for—starting with their smiles.
A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Dr. Gillian earned her degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Human Nutrition. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in California, where she deepened her understanding of whole-body wellness and its powerful connection to oral health.
What truly sets Dr. Gillian apart is her heartfelt approach to patient care. She treats every patient like family—taking the time to listen, educate, and ensure each visit is a positive and empowering experience. By blending her knowledge of nutrition with advanced dental techniques, Dr. Gillian provides care that’s not only comprehensive but personalized to your unique needs and lifestyle.

Dr. David Ngo, DDS
Dr. David Ngo earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery. With more than 20 years serving Arizona patients, he has extensive experience in general and cosmetic dentistry—including full-mouth restoration, veneers, crowns, bridges, dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, Invisalign®, and dentures.
Dr. Ngo is dedicated to patient-centered care, creating comfortable, transparent experiences and healthy, confident smiles.
Chelsea Wheeler, EFDA — Composite Veneer Specialist
With over a decade of experience in the dental industry, Chelsea Wheeler is a highly skilled and detail-oriented Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She began her career in dentistry in high school and earned her EFDA certification in 2014, building a strong foundation in both clinical excellence and aesthetic design.
Chelsea has completed extensive training in advanced composite techniques, color theory, and smile design, allowing her to deliver fully customized, handcrafted composite resin veneers that enhance each patient’s natural beauty. Her artistic precision and deep understanding of facial harmony set her apart in the field of cosmetic dentistry.
Dedicated to providing high-quality, non-invasive results, Chelsea is passionate about helping patients achieve smiles that reflect their confidence and individuality through modern, aesthetic-driven dentistry.
Dr. Paul Mirdamadi, DDS MS
Dr. Paul was raised in Mississauga, just outside Toronto, where a passion for the human body and mind led him to earn a Psychology degree with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, followed by a Master’s in Kinesiology from York University. His path then shifted to dentistry, earning a degree from the University of Southern California, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors Society.
Drawn to the complexity of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Paul completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. His practice focuses on dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, facial trauma, reconstruction, and the treatment of benign pathology. Dr. Paul is committed to providing exceptional care by staying current with the latest advancements and techniques in the field.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis and basketball, exploring the outdoors, traveling, staying active, and giving back through community volunteering.
Dr. Bri Stoterau, DMD

Dr. Bri Stoterau is a nationally recognized cosmetic dentist and the co-founder of S&C Dental, Scottsdale’s premier destination for smile makeovers and no-prep veneers. Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Bri began her journey in dentistry in 2008 as a dental assistant and quickly realized her passion for transformative, confidence-building care. She now blends over 15 years of clinical experience with an artistic eye and a psychology-based approach to create natural, stunning smiles that change lives.
A graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Psychology, Dr. Bri went on to earn her doctorate from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine–Arizona. She is known for her gentle touch, deep understanding of dental anxiety, and ability to turn even the most nervous patients into lifelong fans. Her signature? A luxury smile experience that’s both calming and cutting-edge.
At her state-of-the-art Scottsdale practice, Dr. Bri specializes in:
